Marketing & Design Coordinator
CMe Media is a fast-growing media operation based in Hampshire, working with fantastic clients across many sectors and a wide range of media suppliers across multiple regions. We are looking to recruit an ambitious Marketing and Creative Design Coordinator busting with enthusiasm and is an avid marketer.
We have this exciting opportunity as a part-time or full-time role, which will be mixed office and remotely carried out. This role will require regular meetings in Lee on Solent therefore the right candidate needs to consider this arrangement before applying for this role.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will work across key accounts and specifically automotive. A knowledge of this sector or previous experience advertising finance led products would be ideal.
This role will include the following such as:
Creation of concepts
Creation of on and offline advertising assets (proof of previous marketing assets will be required for review)
Creation of website assets with the responsibility of uploading upon full training of the platform
Creation of eMarketing assets
Creation of online video content
Interpretation and management of briefs through to creation and execution
Project Management of workflow and timing schedules
To maintain customer relationships & excellent communication skills.
Answering calls and dealing with enquiries appropriately
Required
A proactive and can-do attitude.
Excellent initiative
Ability to maintain brand guidelines across all work
PC skills, with exceptional knowledge of Adobe/design suites
Ability to create video assets
Design experience in previous employment and evidence of creations
Website experience, specifically with uploading banners and some on page edits
Multiple task management skills and organisation
Part-time hours: 25 – 40 per week
